Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only applicable in case of size issues.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Return & Credit Note Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • I f you choose to return a product, you will receive a Credit Note of the same value.
  • This Credit Note can be used for future purchases on our store.
  • Credit Notes are valid for 6 months.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered outfits.
  • Items purchased during sale of discount offers.
  • Worn or damaged products.
