2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

• • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• • Indore (Local Orders): Delivery within 1–3 working days.

• • Rest of India: Delivery within 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping address and courier partner.

• • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

• • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with the order status.

• • You can also track your order anytime using our Track Order page.

5. Shipping Charges

• • Shipping is 100% Free on all orders across India.

• • No hidden charges – the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. International Shipping

• • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. (We plan to add this in the future, and will update customers when available.)

7. Undelivered / Returned Orders

• • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, our courier partner will attempt redelivery.

• • In case of repeated failure, the order may be cancelled, and only product value may be issued as store credit.
