🔒 Exchange Policy – Khaas The Clothing Store
At Khaas – The Clothing Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange option within 5 days of receiving your order.
✅ Exchange Guidelines
- Time Frame – Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Condition of Product – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Eligible Reasons for Exchange –
- Size issues
- Damaged/defective product received (with proof of video of opening the product)
- Wrong item delivered
- Process –
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp / Email within 5 days.
- Provide order number, product details, and reason for exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the process.
- Shipping for Exchange –
- Customers are responsible for both sending the product back to us and shipping charges for the exchange item.
- Once received and inspected, the exchange item will be processed.
- Credit Note Option –
- If the customer does not wish to take an exchange immediately, we will issue a Credit Note of the same value.
- The credit note can be used for future purchases within a validity period of 90 days.
❌ No Returns / Refunds
- We do not provide refunds or returns under any circumstances.
- Only size or product exchange is allowed as per the above conditions.
⚡ Important Notes
- Exchange is valid only once per order.
- Sale/discounted items may not be eligible for exchange.
- Final decision on exchange eligibility rests with Khaas – The Clothing Store.
